Ari Nessel

Ari Nessel

Ari began his career in real estate investing in the late 90’s, and has since been involved in value-add strategies spanning multi-family redevelopment, office, single-tenant retail, and industrial projects. Ari’s passion is in taking a proactive problem solving approach to high-risk situations. He strives to bring teams together to creatively add value through redevelopment, leasing, and hands-on management. Ari is also the founder of Mobius, a capital allocation office, Nessel Energy, a solar solution company, a Co-Founder of Food Solutions Action, a lobbying and policy organization, and a Co-Founder of The Pollination Project, a philanthropy project intended to empower grassroots leaders. Ari holds a degree from the University of Michigan.

Birju Pandya

Birju is on the leadership team of Nessel Development. He has nearly two decades of experience in finance and consulting, and his experience ranges from management consulting at McKinsey & Co. to stewarding capital for multiple private equity and family office organizations. He has placed hundreds of millions in impact capital, and also focuses on leadership development and capacity building efforts.  Birju is a husband and father, and lives with his family in Sonoma county, California.  He holds a B.S. from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Martin Huang

Martin has over a decade of real estate experience across multiple industries and asset types. Prior to Nessel Development,  Martin served as a Vice President at Vertical Capital Income Fund, a publicly traded mortgage fund. He has also worked for multiple non-traded REITs focusing on acquisitions and alternative fund research. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati and resides in the Bay Area, CA. Outside of his passion for real estate, he enjoys traveling and finding the best plant-based cuisine of different cultures.

Jeff Robinson

Jeff leads construction and redevelopment projects at Nessel Development.  He began working in commercial real estate construction in 1992, and has since led the rehab of nearly 20,000 doors and numerous other properties. Jeff believes that all construction problems are solvable and prides himself on coming up with durable, creative, and efficient solutions. Jeff resides in Dallas, Texas, but travels annually back to his hometown in Montana where he is originally from. Jeff holds a degree in general studies from the University of Montana.

Lena Ludwig

For over 25 years, Lena has worked at the executive level handling finance, operations, and risk assessment for some of the most notable companies in the country. Her interest in finance and compliance stem from her work as a senior contract surety underwriter and an M&A financial advisor. Lena has an engineering and quality assurance background, bringing strategic and technical insight to building productive systems that optimize everyday tasks. Lena holds a degree in engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
